GoldKeep is designed as a private collector ledger. It helps users record collection details, item photos, receipt photos, purchase values, quantities, status and market-reference comparisons.
Data collection
GoldKeep does not require an account and does not collect personal data for advertising, analytics tracking, or sale to third parties. Collection records are created by the user and stored on the user's iPhone unless the user chooses to export or share them.
Photos and local records
Item photos and receipt photos are selected or captured by the user to support their own inventory. These files are kept as part of the user's local app records. Users control any backup, export, restore, or sharing action.
Market data
GoldKeep may retrieve gold, silver and platinum reference prices from external market data providers. These requests are used to display general market reference information. Market rates are informational only and are not financial advice.
Backup and export
GoldKeep supports local export and restore so users can keep a private backup of their own asset list. Exported files remain under the user's control.
