Claim Kira is a local-only receipt organiser. Your receipts never leave your iPhone unless you export them yourself.

Data we collect

None. Claim Kira has no server, no account system, no analytics, and no advertising SDK. We — the developer — never receive your receipts or any personal data.

Data sharing

Nothing is uploaded to the developer or any third party.
Files leave your device only when you tap Export or Share and choose a destination (AirDrop, email, Files, WhatsApp, etc.). You control where they go.
Exported files are removed from the app's temporary storage after sharing.

Purchases

Claim Kira Plus and the Lifetime unlock are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is processed entirely by Apple — we never see your card details, and no purchase data is stored on our servers because we have none. Your subscription status is verified on-device through the App Store. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Camera

Camera access is used only to photograph receipts. Images are processed on-device (document detection, cropping, and text recognition run locally using Apple's Vision framework).

Data retention & deletion

Receipt records, receipt images, OCR text, and preferences live on your iPhone. Deleting a receipt deletes its local image files. Deleting the app removes this app data. A non-identifying monthly scan count may remain in this device's Keychain to prevent free-plan allowance abuse; it is not uploaded, does not identify you, and resets automatically by calendar month. There is no server copy to request or erase.

Children

Claim Kira is a financial record-keeping tool not directed at children under 13.

Changes

Any future change to this policy will be published at this URL and noted in the App Store release notes before taking effect.
