Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and MIX CENTURY SERVICES SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202201039824 (1485521-V)), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“Mix Century”, “ROVI+”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using ROVI+, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use ROVI+. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you must have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your Apple or Google account secure.

Signing in may bind progress stored on your device to that account. Review the confirmation shown by ROVI+ before replacing or merging cloud and device progress. You may not sell, transfer or share access to an account in a way that compromises the service.

3. Fitness and safety

Choose activities appropriate for your health, experience, surroundings, weather and local conditions. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or illness. Do not look at or operate the app while moving in a way that is unsafe. You remain responsible for route choice, equipment, hydration, traffic awareness and compliance with local rules. Seek professional advice before beginning a new activity programme if appropriate.

4. Health and location permissions

ROVI+ works only with permissions you choose to grant. Activity data may be delayed, incomplete or affected by your device, sensor, connected app or Health settings. Quest completion and rankings rely on the data available to the service and are not guaranteed to reflect every activity perfectly. Location features provide adventure context and are not navigation or emergency-location services.

5. Quests, events and leaderboards

Quest goals, rewards, difficulty and availability may change to maintain safety, fairness or game balance. Event creators are responsible for the goals, descriptions, visibility and invitations they publish. Participation in a public or private event is voluntary. A room code limits discovery but does not guarantee that other participants will keep shared information confidential.

We may correct, remove or disqualify results that are technically invalid, duplicated, manipulated, unsafe or inconsistent with event rules. Leaderboards and game status are entertainment features and have no cash value unless separate official competition rules expressly state otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Falsify activity, interfere with verification or manipulate quests and rankings.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or expose another person’s private information.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading or malicious content.
• Attempt to access another account, private room, system or database without permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt ROVI+ except where law expressly permits.
• Use ROVI+ for gambling, unauthorised commercial promotion or unsafe organised activity.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve ROVI+ and to provide sharing features you choose. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content. You may remove content where the product provides that option or by contacting support, subject to backup and legal retention.

8. Virtual items and rewards

XP, levels, titles, companions, cosmetics, coins and other in-game items are limited, revocable licences for use inside ROVI+. They are not money, property or transferable value. We may adjust them to correct errors, respond to abuse or rebalance the game. Any paid product or competition will have additional terms shown before purchase or entry.

9. Our intellectual property

ROVI+, its software, artwork, worlds, characters, names, designs, sounds, text and trademarks are owned by Mix Century or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose while these Terms apply.

10. Third-party services

ROVI+ may rely on Apple Health, Sign in with Apple, Google authentication, Supabase and other platform services. Their terms and availability also apply. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for ROVI+ support or claims.

11. Beta service and availability

Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice or contain errors. We may add, change, pause or discontinue features, content, events or access to protect users, comply with law or improve the product. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and you should keep reasonable backups of information important to you.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ROVI+ at any time. We may limit or end access if you breach these Terms, create risk, manipulate shared results, violate law or if continued operation is no longer practical. Where appropriate, we will give notice or an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ROVI+ is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. We do not guarantee any fitness outcome, reward, event result, sensor accuracy or availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mix Century will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of data, lost opportunity or loss arising from unsafe activity, third-party services or unauthorised account access. Our total liability for claims relating to the free service will not exceed MYR 200, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact support@mixcenturyservices.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Consumer rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as ROVI+ evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website or another appropriate notice. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions may be sent to support@mixcenturyservices.com.
