Privacy Policy

PACEVARO is a local-first running and trail training app published by MIX CENTURY SERVICES SDN. BHD. We do not sell health, location, schedule, check-in, or waitlist data.

Data stored on your iPhone

PACEVARO may store your profile, goals, race goals, check-ins, soreness selections, shoes, heart-rate zones, imported workout summaries, plans, schedule context, race recaps, photos, and app preferences locally on your device. These records remain until you delete them, purge them in the app, delete the app, or restore a different backup.

Apple Health

If you approve access, PACEVARO may read workouts, heart rate, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, VO2 max, active energy, distance, elevation, and workout routes. Access is optional and can be changed or revoked in iOS Settings. PACEVARO does not write Health data from the iPhone app and does not store personal Health data in iCloud.

Optional AI guidance

AI guidance is opt-in. When requested, PACEVARO sends a compact training summary directly to the provider and model you select, such as OpenAI or Anthropic. It does not send your full Apple Health database. Processing and retention by that provider are governed by the provider's terms and privacy policy. You can disable AI guidance and remove the saved API key in Settings.

Optional weather

If you enable local weather, PACEVARO sends an approximate coordinate to Open-Meteo to retrieve a forecast. Mix Century does not operate an intermediate location server or store that coordinate on a company server. You can revoke location permission in iOS Settings.

Photos and backup files

Photos selected for race recaps or share images stay local unless you export or share them. A PACEVARO backup file is created only when you choose Export. It may contain app records and race photos, but not HealthKit-derived workout caches. You control where the file is stored and when it is deleted.

Beta waitlist

If you join the website waitlist, we store your email address and signup source to send PACEVARO beta and launch updates. We keep it until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the launch communication period ends. Email support@mixcenturyservices.com to unsubscribe or request deletion.

Tracking, advertising, and legal disclosure

PACEVARO does not use advertising trackers and does not use Health data for advertising or marketing profiles. We may disclose limited information only when you direct an export or third-party request, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can deny or revoke Apple Health and location permissions, disable optional AI guidance, delete local sessions, purge imported workout caches, delete backup files, and contact us for waitlist or privacy requests.
