PACEVARO iPhone support

How can we help?

PACEVARO 1.0 is now available on the App Store. Launch information checked 15 September 2026. Version 1.0.1 is still in TestFlight; the planned seven-day trial is not active yet.

Send feedback, report a problem, or request help with Apple Health, road or trail plans, AI Coaching access, subscriptions, manual backup files, privacy, or data deletion.

What to include

Apple Health and permissions

PACEVARO can work without Apple Health, but approved read access improves readiness and trends. Apple Health is the only workout connection inside PACEVARO. To use Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, Strava, or another service, enable that service to write supported workouts into Apple Health first, then review PACEVARO access in the Health app or iOS Settings. Reopen PACEVARO and pull to refresh.

AI Coaching and subscription access

Sign in with Apple is required to verify PACEVARO AI Coaching access and restore an eligible subscription. PACEVARO Core, local readiness, check-ins, Journey, and preset weekly plans remain available without an account. If access does not refresh after purchase, confirm the same Apple Account is active, reopen PACEVARO, and use Restore Purchases.

Version 1.0.1, currently in TestFlight and not yet public, adds a free 12-week beginner run/walk preset that needs no login or trial. When a 7-day Apple trial is offered in AI Coaching, it includes three AI actions total across plans and reviews. Apple decides eligibility and renews the selected monthly or annual subscription automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting PACEVARO does not cancel it.

For testers of the upcoming trial service, once activated: if trial app verification fails, update PACEVARO, check your connection, and retry on a supported iPhone or iPad. If it keeps failing, send support your app version and the displayed error. Do not send Apple passwords, payment details or API keys. Saved plans and free presets remain usable.

Delete or move data

Delete sessions from Journey and purge imported workout caches from Settings > Sync sources. Optional weekly iCloud setup sync can move curated small records to another compatible iPhone using the same Apple Account. Photos and Apple Health workout caches are excluded. Settings > Back up & restore (called Account & data in newer builds) supports manual export and import up to 1 GB; eligible photos are compressed during export. Use Delete PACEVARO account on that screen to remove your server-held AI account; this does not automatically remove local or iCloud-synchronized setup data.

Local weather and the removed AQI card

Local weather, feels-like temperature, humidity, rain, wind, UV information and heat-aware training advice remain available. AQI has been removed starting in Build 22 because PACEVARO cannot reliably match nearby air-quality observations. Update to the latest available build if you still see an AQI card. The app no longer makes air-quality requests or supplies AQI to AI coaching in Build 22 and later.

Weather forecasts do not measure pollution or confirm that a route is safe. Check local official warnings and current conditions before running outdoors. Location access remains optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.
