Terms of Use

These terms apply to the PACEVARO iPhone app and TestFlight beta published by MIX CENTURY SERVICES SDN. BHD. By using the beta, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable TestFlight terms.

Fitness guidance only

PACEVARO provides general fitness and running guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions or injuries. Stop training and seek qualified help when symptoms, pain, illness, or safety concerns require it.

Beta software

The TestFlight version may contain errors, incomplete features, changed calculations, or interrupted availability. Keep your own copy of information that matters. Feedback may be used to improve the product.

Plans and results

Training plans and race predictions depend on the information available and cannot guarantee performance, health outcomes, or race results. You remain responsible for evaluating conditions, terrain, weather, fatigue, and your ability before training.

Apple Health and optional AI

You control Apple Health permissions. Optional AI guidance sends a compact training summary to the provider you select and may require your own provider API key. Provider usage, billing, availability, and data processing are governed by that provider's terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity. Beta access may be changed or withdrawn when needed for safety, testing, or compliance.
